Appointments
We value your time and therefore we make every effort to stay on schedule. Your time is reserved specifically for you and, if you are late, it may have to be rescheduled. Missed appointments are rescheduled in the morning and early afternoon. It may take up to 6 weeks to reschedule another after school appointment, so keep your regular appointment whenever possible.
We try to accommodate your schedule by seeing the maximum number of patients in the after school hours. In order to do this, all long appointments are always scheduled in the morning and early afternoon.
This is a firm policy because we want to assure that everyone can have most of their appointments in the after school hours.Financial Information
Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment. We understand that people have different financial needs, and we have a variety of payment options to help you meet your financial obligation. We accept Visa and MasterCard, and we can help you set up an automatic monthly payment plan. We also offer payment plans that require no down payment. Care Credit and the Orthodontists Fee Plan offer extended payment plans and also no down payment plans. You are expected to keep your account current. If a problem occurs, please speak with us immediately so that we can help you resolve the situation promptly.
Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, your personal costs will be reduced. Many dental insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. We will review your insurance with you to determine the maximum benefit. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If insurance stops paying for any reason, you will be responsible for any amount they do not pay.
